Using PowerPoint with SignalWire Work (Mac)
In order to share a PowerPoint presentation on Mac OS in SignalWire Work on 2 monitors correctly, there are some settings that need to be modified:
The steps below will turn off Presenter View on PowerPoint on Mac OS so that only the slide will appear on the screen as well as on the external display.
Open PowerPoint and select PowerPoint at top of the screen
Choose Preferences
In the Output and Sharing pane, click Slide Show
Uncheck Always start Presenter View with 2 displays
In addition to the above, you will need to enable Presentation mode:
Open the presentation that you wish to automate in PowerPoint.
Select the Slide Show tab.
Select Set Up Slide Show.
Choose the Browsed by an individual (window) option.
