VPN Video Issues
When using SignalWire work in Chrome, you may experience being issues with not being able to access a room. If you are using a VPN on your computer, this could result not having video access. To be able to access video, VPN will need to be disabled while using SignalWire Work.
Go to Settings and click on Network & Internet.
Click/Select VPN and select the VPN connection to be disabled.
Click Disconnect.
Click on System Preferences and click on Network.
Click on the VPN profile displayed on the left side panel.
Click Disconnect shown in the details of the VPN.
Go to Settings and select General.
Scroll down and select VPN & Device Management.
Select the VPN to toggle to Not Connected.
Go to Settings and select Network & Internet or Connections.
Select VPN and select the VPN profile.
Toggle to disconnect.
All of the above will only temporarily disable VPN so you can always re-enable it. To permanently disable, simply uninstall the app or software.
Windows
