When attending a SignalWire Work event, you may experience constant logging out followed by a variation of this error:

The server has been disconnected

This is due to the websocket disconnecting. If your SignalWire work space is open in a tab that you are not currently interacting with. Chrome will automatically disconnect the open tabs if it believes you're not engaging with them as a way to save battery life. To disable this Chrome feature:

Type chrome://flags in the chrome URL field and hit enter.



Search for Throttle Javascript timers in background and select Disabled



Refresh Chrome for changes to take affect.
