How to hide SignalWire Banner
By default, SignalWire displays a banner containing the name and email address initially provided upon joining a room.
This banner can be hidden if you do not want to share this information or you’d just like a more complete video feed. To hide the banner:
From the Main Menu select the (arrow/triangle) drop-down menu for Stop Video
On the Video Settings Menu, toggle the Display Banner to off (Toggle to on to unhide banner)
To change the name and email address that appears on the banner:
Select the Settings Menu in the top right hand corner
Select My Account
On the new tab, the name and email address can be changed.
Note: Room moderators may hide the banners for all participants
