How to hide SignalWire Banner
By default, SignalWire displays a banner containing the name and company initially provided upon joining a room.
This banner can be hidden if you do not want to share this information or you’d just like a more complete video feed. To hide the banner:
From the Main Menu select the (arrow/triangle) drop-down menu for Stop Video
On the Video Settings Menu, toggle the Display Banner to off (Toggle to on to unhide banner)
To change the Name and Company that appears on the banner:
Select the Menu in the top right hand corner
Select My Profile
The Name, Email, Phone, & Company can be updated.
Only the Name & Email Address fields are required. If Phone and Company fields are left blank, only Name will appear on banner.
Note: Room moderators may hide the banners for all participants
