If your login was set up as a SignalWire account and not Single Sign-On (SAML), you can reset the password.

To reset SignalWire Work password:

Enter the email address on the Welcome screen and click Continue.

Click on Forgot your password? on the next screen.

Provide the email address and click Send Reset Link to send out an email.

An email will be sent from no-reply@signalwire.com. Be sure to check Spam folder/inbox if email hasn't been received.

Click on the Reset Password link provided in the email.

Create and confirm a new password and click Continue to reset password

If there are issues with resetting the password or more assistance is needed, please reach out to the site admin (support can provide advise as to who the site admin is).
